1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using ClickClunk, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not register or use the app.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

ClickClunk is a professional community for mechanics and technicians. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of content and account suspension or termination:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats against any member
• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content
• Sexually explicit or violent content
• Spam, scams, or misleading content
• Impersonation of another person or business
• Any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including posts, comments, captions, messages, and profile information.

3. Reporting and Blocking

Every member can help keep ClickClunk safe and professional:

• Report: Use the flag/report button on any post, comment, or profile to flag content for our moderation team.
• Block: Use the block option on any user to instantly hide their posts, comments, and messages from your view. Blocking also notifies our team so we can review the reported user's content.

Our team reviews reports and may remove content, reset profiles, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Moderation

ClickClunk uses automated filtering and human review to moderate content. Severe violations are blocked before they are posted; borderline content may be allowed but flagged for admin review. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClickClunk only for lawful purposes and in a professional manner. You will not post content you do not own or have rights to, and you will not misuse the platform to harm others.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Privacy

Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ClickClunk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
